Our program

The measures and goals in this ESG program are set to be reviewed, updated or redefined in annual workshops with the departments in line with ESG topics identified as material. The ESG program will then be submitted to the Executive Board for approval.

An initial version of the ESG program has been prepared since 2021 in line with the future process and is attached in detailed form to the appendix. An overview of the measures in the four ESG areas with their respective status can be found in this illustration (PDF).
